Do eat
a) fiber rich raw foods which massage the gums, cleans the teeth and increase salivation. Some raw food like apple and watermelon help clean our teeth and gums as they have high water content.

b)Sprouts of beans have rich sources of vitamins, minerals and more. Examples are radish, broccoli and soybean.

c) High protein food like eggs, milk, spinach meat and fish.

Don't eat

a) Too much of biscuits, potato chips, lollipops, muesli bars, cakes and other sweet food as snacks. In short, cut down on foods that contain sugar!
